Project overview

Readymade worked tightly with KOTN to align their brand with the right market in Calgary before working with a local brokerage, Barclay Street to negotiate and close a lease at 1008 9th Ave SE.

The space was delivered in shell condition, and Readymade sourced bids and assembled a strong local team. Working closely with Kotn’s Special Projects team, we were able to go from initial permit submission, through full MEP construction and finishing scope in just 5 weeks.
